    CME for Nurse Practitioners: NPs can often claim AAPA Category 1 CME credit as continuing education with AANP and ANCC. AAPA recommends that NPs check with their certification/licensing authority to confirm that AAPA credit is acceptable.

    CME for all other health care professionals, please check with your respective credentialing organizations to be sure.     • Death in the Family – Provide written notification – When approved, a full refund will be made.
    • Medical Reason – Provide a letter from your Attending Physician stating the reason preventing your attendance at the Conference – If approved, your Conference Registration fee, less a $75 cancellation fee will be made.
    • Natural Disaster – Provide a letter indicating the circumstances preventing your attendance at the Virtual Conference – If approved, your Conference Registration fee, less a $75 cancellation fee will be made.

    Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of any approved refund.
